Last Friday was baking day...Sara & Kara (Sara's BFF) came over and spent the day in the kitchen with me. We made 6 different kinds of cookies.
I made them take this one! Ha!
Some of the goodies......Yesterday we had round 2. Amber & Sara came over and they did sugar cookies. Amber wasn't able to join us on Friday. Plus we never got around to the sugar cookies....
Amber has an eye for detail.
Sara has a knack for it...just comes natural.
We used a shiny glaze instead of frosting. The bottles made it waaay easier! Here is some of the cookies they created!

Carol, tell me what the cookies on the top tray are. And I love bottles to decorate. We've been doing them for years now and they make it so much easier. Although they are a pain to wash afterwards. Wish I lived by you. I would sneak over and grab some of that yumminess.
Very top pink row is Cherry White Chocolate tea cookies...the next row of pink is strawberry cream cheese cookies. To the left are peanut butter snowballs and to the right are Orange Pecan cookies. I know...we'd hang out all the time if we lived closer...like Lucy & Ethel!

Everything looks delish and like lots of fun too. I'm planning on some baking and cooking this weekend too. Maybe even tamales...we'll see what the weekend holds. I may just sit in my recliner and watch movies all weekend!! LOL
