Check this out!
FLOWERS!!! We are in the middle of some ugly winter weather...and out of no where I get flowers! I didn't even ASK for them. I think these are the most beautiful flowers ever!Your asking yourselves: Why?? They look just like regular ole' grocery store flowers? Nothing special about them...and they are even over exposed in this shot!
Well, I'll tell you why! They were a gift...not from my sickly husband (who has had a set back but we got him back on track...recovery is slow going); not from my darling daughter (who is planning on moving back home which means, I had to move a crap ton of stuff from room to room to find a new home for it!)
Nope...not from them....from my BOY!
Adam bought these sweet little flowers home from the grocery store....for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! He didn't ask for any money....or to use my new car.......nothing, nada!
That's why these are the most amazing thing ever...oh, and did I mention...it's the very first time he has ever bought me flowers which makes it all the sweeter!
Go me!

Oh dang Carol. I'm sorry Dwen isn't doing any better. I'm going to send him a card! And you give Adam a great big hug from me, too. I love it when our fellas are sensitive and sweet.
Oh wow, that IS sweet!! You done taught him right! Vinny brought me flowers once...I even took pics of them. He works on a farm during the summer & the farmer told him to go pick some flowers to take to his mama. (I wish he hadn't told me that. I wanted to think that HE thought of it himself! LOL)
I hope Dwen is doing better.
