H is for handmade

It's Alphabet-Thursday again....check out Jenny's blog to play along!

My 'H' word is 'handmade'!

I love making cards...any paper craft, really. There is just something about getting a homemade card. My best friend sent me one this week...it has been a rough one for me. It made me so happy...just knowing she was thinking of me when she made it. That it did it's job and made me smile. The time she spent to send me a bit of sunshine, mixed in with hospital bills....priceless! Here are a few of my handmade cards:

I like the middle one, I think it should say, 'hello' or 'happy day'. the flowers just makes me think of sunny days

Oh my goodness! Your cards are amazing! I really like them all! Do you use a cricut or some other type of cutting device? I think you should make a youtube and show us all how to make these great cards!

Good Morning!

There isn't anything that compares to "Handmade" items! God has given us all such great talents--each their own special one. I am sorry to hear that you've had a bad week! This is my first time to visit your blog, I guess I've missed something. I will go back and try to catch up.

I see your grandmother is from a small town in MS. So was my father and his family, so I have MS roots also!

Thanks for taking the time to share your "H" with us today!

Your cards are beautiful. I love getting cards. Every year I always want to send cards to people but I don't go out and get them. Maybe I have to start to get into card making.
