Since my Mother passed, Mother's day has always sucked for me! I miss her terribly...no matter the number of years she has been gone. She died when I was 18. I had my first baby at 20. Needless to say, I learned a lot on my own. My kids are the best thing that has ever happened to me....and they gave me many wonderful memories of this day, as bittersweet as it is! So I just want to honor my Mother, myself and many other wonderful women out there who are Mothers.

I hope you had a nice Mother's Day. I'm sorry that you lost your mama at such a young age. :o( I don't think that's something anyone ever gets over. You look alot like her (in the first photo.) I bet she was a terrific lady ~ just like you.
