On day 3, we had to make some adjustments to our plans...while out an about in Sedona,
Dwen kinda tweaked his knee. We had planned on going to Tuscon to an airplane bone yard,
then on down to Tombstone to get my 'cowgirl' on.
Instead we went shopping in Phoenix & Tempe.....kinda.
We went to 4 stores...then a movie...Rango....not getting a good review from me.

We went in search for a TGIFridays (they closed by our house and they were a favorite of ours.)
Turns out the only one in the city is inside Chase Field! Thanks GPS!
Instead we went to Hard Rock....we had
planned on HR for dinner but we were close by and hungry.
We always look for Hard Rock's in the cities we go to. It's our thing. =)

Your trip sounds so fun...except for the tweaked knee part. Sorry, Dwen! On our trip from Baltimore out here to New Mexico in November we stopped at every Hard Rock we drove by. We only ate at one - Washington D.C. - Cobb salad. YUM! Zac bought a HR glass in Rome, then Venice, then decided he wanted to collect them, so yes, thanks to the GPS he was able to get 8 or 9 more to add to his collection!
How cool! We do love eating there...but for me, I like the memorabilia...I love road trips!! You get to see so much more!
Oh Carol, poor Dwen. I'm so sorry. You should have called again...but yeah, I know ...it was an Anniversary trip and you didn't want anyone horning in on your romance - ha!
