Cucumber Tomato Salad2 large cucumbers; peeled and diced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 (8oz.) bottle of Italian salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
1 (16oz) spiral noodles; cooked, drained and cooled
salt & pepper to taste
In a bowl combine, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and onion. Combine salad dressing and sugar; pour over vegetables. Gently stir in noodles. Refrigerate for at least one hour to eight hours (the longer the better!)
