My Mother's Day

The family packed up the car and drove to Powell Gardens. It was a grayish day and we were expecting rain. This was my first time here, both the kids were with us, I had my camera and tripod. It was awesome. Now, the gardens themselves weren't in full bloom, and it was smaller than I thought it would be...but....my kids were with me, no texting, no arguing.....we walked and talked as a family....joking and enjoying the day. As we walked along Mr. Sunshine decided to join us and he made it perfect! My husband and my kids are happy in this sunshiny moment....my husband and kids are healthy in this sunshiny moment....and all was right in my world!
